To help you get started, here is a list of the most frequently asked questions that may provide you with an immediate answer. Is paying online safe? Yes, it is, probably more secure than writing a cheque, giving your card number over the phone or faxing your details! Who does BETTY DIAMOND use for payments and why? We use the PayPal payment system. PayPal is owned by EBay, and is used around the world. The advantage to you is that we never actually get to see your card details, only your delivery address. PayPal does all the processing for us and charges us a small fee. So how does your payment system work - is it simple? When you checkout (i.e. when you have finished shopping and have all you want) you are given the option to pay using a PayPal account - lots of frequent online shoppers use PayPal for convenience, security and speed - or, if you don't have a PayPal account and don't want to set one up, you have the option of simply entering your card details and postal address for delivery. It still goes through the secure PayPal payment system. It's that simple. How long will it take for my order to arrive? If posting in Australia, about 1-4 working days, overseas dependant on which country you are in so please email info@bettydiamond.com.au and we'll be able to give you an estimated time. What happens if I want to exchange an item/s purchased? As long as the item/s is in original condition, simply email us on customerservice@bettydiamond.com.au with your invoice number or PayPal receipt no. and your requirements first, and then send the original item/s back to us by post within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY to: BETTY DIAMOND Locked Bag 3007 Coogee NSW 2034 Always be sure to give your name, phone number and payment details along with your address and invoice number. We will cover the cost of shipping out to you the first exchange, however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges (please see our return and exchange policy). You will be charged for any additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period. Please be aware that we can only exchange items if stock is available. What is your refund procedure? Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. We will only refund payments onto the original card used. You will be then sent a confirmation email. Please note that when we have refunded your card your account will be credited according to your bank's processing times. I have changed my mind - can I swap or get a refund? Yes you can, but the postage costs are your responsibility and the goods must be unused and must be returned to us within 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT. Do you have a shop? We are a fully e-commerce retailer so, no, we do not have a shop. How heavy is the fabric of the BETTY DIAMOND swimsuit? Will it dry quickly? The fabric is heavier than lycra, it’s firm and it has some water repellency so it dries quite fast. Remember to rinse after every wear. I am really unsure of which size to choose, what should I do? Email us your measurements at helen@bettydiamond.com.au -Height -Bust -Waist -Hip -Torso length We’ve sampled and tested a lot to get the BETTY DIAMOND swimsuits right. We’ve fitted them on many bodies. We still don’t claim 100% accuracy in calculating your size – but about 99% seems to be the average… What do I do if my BETTY DIAMOND swimsuit doesn’t fit? Don’t worry. It’s easy. Click on the returns page it tells you everything. Can I wear my BETTY DIAMOND swimsuit in the spa? Sure you can. You must wash it as soon as you can after though as spas have high concentrations of chlorine which is a form of bleach. Click on the CARE page for more details. Can I do laps in my BETTY DIAMOND swimsuit? BETTY DIAMOND swimsuits will stand up to hard wear - they are strong, but you’ll go faster in lycra. I have small breasts, can I wear GINA too? Sure you can, all 3 styles look great on everybody. I’m a bit scared of silk - how can it be easy care? Don’t worry, the fabrics used in the BETTY DIAMOND collection are all strong – we’ve tested them. If you always use the gentle cycle on the washing machine, hand wash and never use really hot water or harsh detergents or bleach or tumble dry, these garments launder really well.
